CANCELLATION POLICY

If you plan to pick us up from nearby areas, it is recommended that you contact us at least 6 hours in advance.

We do not take responsibility for delays or cancellations of passenger trains or flights or any other circumstance that causes you to not follow the cancellation policy. If you fail to inform us about any delays or cancellations, or if we are not able to make any contact with the designated contact person, even after waiting for 15 minutes prior to the pick-up time scheduled or more, the trip will be considered a no-show and will be taken away. So make sure that you arrive on time at the scheduled pick-up point or inform us immediately of any change to your Rockland County NY limo service reservation or travel plans, which could result in a no-show fee equal to the full fare of the journey, plus any other fees.

Credit Card Policy
